Frequently asked questions
It usually starts with a quick call to get to know you, followed by 1-2 interviews with the team you'd be joining. Depending on the position, there might be a short task or case study along the way. From application to offer, the whole process typically takes few weeks and we'll keep you posted at every step, even if the answer is "not this time."
Not necessarily. A good number of people on our team joined without any iGaming background and grew into positions they never expected to be in — what matters more to us is how you think and how you work, not whether your CV already has "gaming" on it.
Apply anyway. Job posts describe what an ideal fit looks like, not a checklist you need to pass 100% of. If you're missing a few things but bring the right mindset and drive, we'd rather hear from you than have you rule yourself out.
It depends on the position. Most positions are based in Vilnius, Lithuania and work on a hybrid model with 8 flexible remote days per month. Some positions are fully remote, mainly when we're hiring outside Lithuania. The job post for each position will tell you exactly what applies.
