Stand with Ukraine
#StandWithUkraine

It is inconceivable that in 2022 Europe we have to write such a post on LinkedIn.

But we are now 13 days into the Russian Government’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine - an act of terror that threatens Europe at large - and our hearts continue to go out to our Ukrainian friends, family members and colleagues.

One of our key values is being a “People’s Company”, that’s why we strongly condemn this aggression. BetGames is proud of all our talented people around the globe, independent of their nationality.

To help where we can, we have created a €25,000 direct support and donation fund, and provide legal, mental health and compassionate leave support for our directly affected people.

Yesterday, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken assured Lithuania of NATO protection. It is a welcome reassurance, but one that doesn’t diminish our fears for Ukraine. BetGames will continue to give support to our Ukrainian colleagues, their families and loved ones, and we stand as one in our condemnation of the sickening events currently taking place in Ukraine.

Roundtable: The Future of ICE

Brexit. High accommodation costs. Expensive shipping fees. Are these reasons for ICE to move away from London? Is this the end of an era for the iGaming community, and what city would be a suitable replacement?

Dr. Andreas Koeberl, BetGames CEO, gave his thoughts in a roundtable discussion hosted by G3 Newswire. “ICE is connected to London, and moving away would probably cause a bit of a ‘reboot’ to the entire format. ICE London is an institution, and it might take years to re-establish the unique vibe undoubtedly amplified by its host city.”
