Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of the office – carry out internal purchases (stationery, coffee, household goods, etc.), promptly resolve maintenance and other issues
  • Greet colleagues, office guests and ensure a pleasant & tidy work environment at the office
  • Be the go-to person for office visitors and service providers
  • Take care of employees’ well-being, daily assistance to colleagues and managers
  • Manage the flow of electronic inquiries, telephone calls and correspondence in the company
  • Assist managers with booking flight tickets, hotels, transportation, etc. if needed
  • Contribute to the organization of internal company events / activities
  • Prepare and archive internal office documents
  • Assist HR team in the recruitment process (screening resumes, scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases)
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and microclimate
