Currently we are looking for a motivated, diligent, proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager/ HR Assistant for a new sport project. You will be a part of a fun-loving, ambitious and open-minded team and will look after our new studio day-to-day!

Job content

  • General office management
  • Greet colleagues, office guests and ensure a pleasant & tidy work environment at the office
  • Take care of employees’ well-being, daily assistance to colleagues and managers
  • Be the go-to person for office visitors and service providers
  • Compile and update employee records in internal databases
  • Take care of the office - promptly resolve maintenance and other issues
  • Help to implement and organize internal projects, ideas and initiatives
  • Contribute to the organization of internal company events / activities
  • Carry out internal purchases of the company (stationery, coffee, household goods, etc.)
  • Manage the flow of electronic inquiries, telephone calls and correspondence in the company
  • Prepare and archive internal office documents
  • Assist managers with booking flight tickets, hotels, transportation, etc. if needed
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and microclimate

We expect you possess

  • Previous experience in the Office Manager’s role - or similar - is a real advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (oral and written)
  • Extra languages are a plus
  • Computer-literacy and good communication skills
  • Desire to work in a dynamic growth environment
  • Positive & service-oriented mindset
  • High attention to details
  • Great energy and a good sense of humour!
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, flexibility
  • Ability to react quickly and operatively solve problems
  • Organizational and time planning skills, ability to set priorities
