As a Key Account Manager with an emphasis on active sales at BetGames, you’ll take the reins on both maintaining current accounts and aggressively expanding our customer footprint. Your primary duties will involve active sales strategies to promote optimal positioning of our games and secure recurring promotional initiatives with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Active Sales: Execute aggressive sales strategies to extend our market share and increase revenue
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proactively develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring optimal positioning of our games
  • Promotional Activities: Actively secure recurring promotional activities to maximize customer engagement and revenue generation
  • Internal Coordination: Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams (i.e., legal, compliance, integrations, product) to assure efficient and effective project execution
  • Sales Pipeline: Aggressively maintain and develop the sales pipeline with a focus on upsell opportunities and strategic growth
  • Industry Events: Represent BetGames at industry events and conferences, leveraging networking opportunities for active sales prospects
  • Reporting: Regularly update the VP of Sales and other stakeholders on sales activities, account performance, market trends, and competitor movements

We expect you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on active sales strategies, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry (not a must)
  • Robust customer management skills and proven capabilities in managing complex accounts
  • Unquestionable reliability and discipline, particularly in managing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings
