Head of Account Management/Sales Excellence Lead

BetGames is an international developer and distributor of interactive (LIVE) and innovative gaming products for the betting business (B2B) with more than 300 people. Our games combine traditional betting with popular lotteries and table games and are simple enough for players to easily catch on to the idea. More recently, we started reinventing live entertainment (again) by launching a brand new live sports vertical. BetGames became a pioneer in 2012 and has been increasing in popularity ever since, thus becoming a market leader. Our services are used by online and land-based betting operators worldwide in more than 45 countries.

The Head of Account Management/Sales Excellence Lead will lead a dynamic team that maintains and expands relationships with existing partners. This exciting role involves close collaboration with the VPs of Sales, Marketing and the CEO to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence in account management.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Key Account Management (KAM) team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Own the growth targets for existing partners and onboarding of new partners (post-sales)
  • Work closely with the Sales VPs and CEO to align the account management & upsell strategies with overall business goals.
  • Own and optimize account management tools and processes (e.g. Salesforce, SCRUM).
  • Manage and report on sales pipelines and campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely information is available.
  • Coordinate and oversee the rollout of new products, ensuring smooth adoption and integration for partners.
  • Be the “interface” between partners and product departments

We expect you have

  • Proven experience in account management leadership
  • Excellent leadership, team management and team development skills
  • Strong “Ownership” mentality and sense of urgency (“get things done”, solution-oriented personality)
  • Not afraid of sales quotas and KPIs
  • Ability to work under pressure (we run a 24/7 business)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline management and reporting (CRM and BI tools)
  • Outstanding communication (Fluent English is a must) and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in iGaming is a plus
